Itineraries Of The Day

Arrive in Bari, the vibrant regional capital of Puglia.

Afternoon: Enjoy a guided walking tour of Bari, discovering its charming old town with its narrow alleys, medieval churches, and vibrant street life. Visit Basilica di San Nicola, stroll along Lungomare Nazario Sauro, and observe locals making orecchiette pasta by hand.
Evening: Dinner in a local trattoria, sampling traditional dishes such as orecchiette with turnip tops, focaccia barese, and fresh seafood.

Morning: Full-day guided excursion to Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its whitewashed trulli — unique conical-roofed houses set amid olive groves. Learn about their fascinating history and architectural techniques.
Afternoon: Continue to Locorotondo, known for its circular historic center and panoramic countryside views, and then to Martina Franca, an elegant town rich in Baroque architecture. Enjoy a leisurely walk and perhaps a local wine tasting before returning.

Evening: Return to Puglia for a relaxed evening and dinner featuring local specialties.

Morning: Enjoy a final breakfast under the southern Italian sun. Depending on your departure time, stroll through a local market for souvenirs such as olive oil, taralli, wine, or ceramics.
