Arrive at Kyiv International Airport, meet your guide, and transfer to your hotel. Take some free time to refresh and settle in.

In the evening, enjoy a walking gastro tour through Kyiv’s vibrant city center. Visit and taste specialties in three local “1 €” bars and finish with a sweet stop at a charming chocolatery, where you can sample handcrafted Ukrainian chocolates.

This flavorful start to your journey introduces you to Kyiv’s modern street-food culture and its unique local character.

After yesterday’s active program, today offers a deep dive into Ukrainian history, culture, and traditional cuisine. You will visit the magnificent Museum of Ukrainian Architecture and Life, a 9.2-hectare open-air complex that recreates authentic Cossack settlements from the Kyivan Rus period.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by girls in traditional folk attire following the ancient bread-and-salt welcome ritual, symbolizing hospitality and respect.

Inside the Mamayeva Sloboda skansen, you will explore:

A traditional centurion’s manor
A historic tavern
Authentic Cossack cannons

In addition to the guided cultural tour, you will participate in two culinary workshops, learning traditional cooking techniques and tasting authentic dishes.
You will also enjoy a tasting of Nalyvka, a local Ukrainian fruit-infused alcoholic drink, followed by a hearty Cossack lunch prepared according to traditional recipes.

After discovering the secrets of traditional Ukrainian cuisine yesterday, today you will explore one of the most popular craft wineries in the Kyiv region. Here, you will learn about modern winemaking techniques, evaluate production quality, and taste a selection of the finest wines.

During the tour, you will:

Walk through the vineyards and learn about grape cultivation
Discover the intricacies of growing and harvesting grapes in the region
Explore the full production cycle of BIOLOGIST wines
Taste premium craft wine samples paired with cold ethnic-style snacks
In the evening, enjoy an engaging Mixology Tour at a central Kyiv restaurant. A professional bartender will guide you through mixing a themed set of cocktails, teaching you the fundamentals of balance, aroma, and presentation.

After the mixology experience, transfer to the Railway Station for your departure to Odesa aboard a night express train (travel time approximately 9 hours).

Point 1: Visit to Akkerman Fortress
Begin your day with a visit to the impressive Akkerman Fortress, a monumental historical and architectural landmark dating back to the 13th–15th centuries.
Its massive defensive walls and towers—remarkably preserved to this day—demonstrate how significant and nearly impregnable this medieval structure once was. These ancient stones hold countless stories, battles, and legends from centuries past.


Point 2: Visit to the Shabo Wine Culture Center
Continue to the renowned Shabo Wine Culture Center, where the rich traditions of winemaking are presented with depth and emotion.

Begin your experience in a charming traditional Odesa courtyard, where music accompaniment, an entertaining host (MC), welcome drinks, and snacks will greet you.

The group will be divided into teams and take part in several hands-on culinary workshops at different cooking stations. Here you will learn to prepare iconic Odesa dishes, such as:

Odesa Fish Soup
Forshmak (a classic cold appetizer)
Black Sea Mussels
“Tsa-tsa” (a local hot delicacy made from small sea fish)
Culinary stations and dishes can be adjusted upon client request.

Visit to the Shustov Cognac Museum
After some time to rest, continue your program with a visit to the renowned Shustov Cognac Museum, home to a completely unique collection dedicated to the craft of cognac production.
Cognac (brandy) is a mysterious drink whose creation has been surrounded by secrets for centuries. The museum—the only one of its kind in Ukraine—reveals these mysteries through rare exhibits dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Visit to Shevchenkivskyi Hai – Lviv’s Open-Air Museum
Begin your day at the Museum of Folk Architecture and Life – Shevchenkivskyi Hai, one of the largest open-air museums in Europe.
This remarkable complex represents traditional Ukrainian culture in its fullest form, showcasing authentic architecture, crafts, and everyday life from various historical regions of Ukraine.

As you walk through the museum grounds, you will step into a recreated microvillage featuring:

Traditional estates and farmsteads
Historic production facilities such as an oil mill, sawmill, apiary, and loom house
Numerous sacred structures including wooden churches and chapels — the largest such collection in the world
The museum offers a deep, immersive understanding of Ukrainian material and spiritual culture.
