Arrive at Kigali International Airport. You will meet our airport executive that will assist you through the formalities. Later hand you over to your driver for a Transfer to your accommodation for the night.
After breakfast, you will be picked up by your guide for a Kigali city tour. Later have lunch before you proceed to Akagera National Park. Upon arrival and once you have settled in, enjoy a private boat cruise on Lake Ihema.

This morning after an early morning breakfast, you will set off for Volcanoes National Park, the home for Mountain Gorillas. Stopover in Kigali for lunch and stretch a bit before you proceed to the park. Visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus for Dian Fossey Gorilla fund. This is a world-class conservation and research facility dedicated to protecting Mountain Gorillas and their habitat. Explore interactive exhibits, learn about Dian Fossey’s groundbreaking work, and discover current conservation efforts. Continue further to the south western part of Rwanda that is located on the shores of Lake Kivu which is one of the largest fresh water lakes in the country. You may decide to have the rest of the day at leisure as you take in the beautiful views or engage in the different activities available which include; Kayaking: Paddle across the calm, crystal-clear waters of Lake Kivu, surrounded by rolling hills and fishing villages, enjoying tranquil moments, stunning scenery, and the gentle rhythm of Rwanda’s serene freshwater jewel. Boat cruise on Lake Kivu: Enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Kivu, gliding past lush green hills, small islands, and charming fishing villages. Take in the tranquil beauty, fresh breeze, and breathtaking lakeside scenery Visit a tea plantation estate: Tour a lush tea plantation, walking through vibrant green fields while learning about the growing and harvesting process. Visit the factory to see tea production firsthand, and enjoy a fresh, aromatic cup.
Depending on your departure flight, you may have a relaxed morning and later drive back to Kigali. Have lunch before you are dropped off at Kigali International Airport for your flight back home.
