Arrive at Lviv International Airport, meet your guide, and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
In the evening, enjoy a panoramic walking tour of Lviv’s historic city center, discovering its atmospheric streets, architectural treasures, and welcoming charm.
After the tour, enjoy free time to explore the illuminated city, relax, and prepare for tomorrow’s program.
Today you will enjoy a full-day tour exploring the breathtaking natural beauty of the Lviv region and the Ukrainian Carpathians. The journey features picturesque landscapes, cultural heritage, and some of the most iconic sites in Western Ukraine.
Begin with a visit to the scenic Mezhhirya Pass, historically known as the crossing point of the borders of Czechoslovakia, Romania, and Poland. Enjoy an ascent by cable car, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges—an experience that will truly take your breath away.
Continue to Lake Synevyr, the largest and most famous lake in the Carpathians. Surrounded by dense forests and steep mountain slopes, Synevyr is wrapped in mysterious legends, including stories of love, loss, and the lake’s mystical guardian spirit.
Next, explore the unique Carpathian village of Kolochava, known for its preserved traditional lifestyle, open-air museums, and authentic charm. This village offers a glimpse into the mountain culture of Western Ukraine and its rich folklore.
During the day, you will also enjoy a local Carpathian lunch with a degustation of traditional drinks in an authentic homestead—a perfect way to experience the region’s culinary heritage.
Return to Lviv in the late evening.
Today you will travel to the National Natural Park “Skolivski Beskydy”, one of the most harmonious regions of the Ukrainian Carpathians, where peaceful nature blends beautifully with geological and historical curiosities.
Here, the Kamyanka River forms a series of scenic rapids and cascades. The most impressive of them is the Kamyanka Waterfall, located near the unusual Zhuravlyne Lake, known among locals as the “Dead Lake” due to its mysterious stillness and unique ecological features.
Your journey continues with a visit to one of Eastern Europe’s most fascinating medieval monuments — the rock fortress Tustan.
Built between the 9th and 13th centuries on towering mountain cliffs, this fort once served both as a border defence post of the Galicia-Volhynia Kingdom and as an important customs checkpoint.
The high stone formations, which once held wooden defensive structures, preserve the spirit of courage, resilience, and the legends of the Carpathian people.
During the day, enjoy a traditional Carpathian lunch with a degustation of local drinks in an authentic homestead—an excellent opportunity to experience the flavours and hospitality of the region.
