You will first visit Bled castle, perched atop a cliff towering 130 metres above lake Bled which rewards visitors observing the countryside from its lower courtyard with stunning views of Bled, its lake and the island.
After visiting Bled castle you will visit Bled island by Pletna boat. Pletnas are made by locals and are known only in Bled, and their origin dates to the distant year 1590.
Continue with visit of an organic beekeeper that has a very long honey tradition in the region. Beekeeping occupies a special place in Slovenia’s economy as one of its oldest traditional crafts. You will take a hike to Mostnica valley. The Mostnica Gorge is a stunning, natural wonder in the Bohinj valley and illustrates the incredible power of water to carve through solid rock. It is one of the most beautiful low level walks in the area and it takes about 1 hour each way.
Continue to Mt Vogel, a high mountain setting in the heart of the protected territory of Triglav National Park. You will take a cable car to reach the top. From the foot of the mountain, which is not far from Lake Bohinj, you are lifted to the altitude of 1,535 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view.

After breakfast and check-out drive to Kranjska Gora, that lies in Zgornje-savska valley, one of the most breath-taking alpine valleys. The valley has developed into a major tourist and sports region, famed primarily for its world cup competitions in alpine skiing and ski jumps on the giant ski-jump in Planica.
About 5km west of Kranjska Gora visit Zelenci spring, a nature reserve.
Enjoy a scenic drive to Bovec via Vrsic mountain pass, the highest pass in Slovenia, as well as the highest in the Eastern Julian Alps. It connects Upper Carniola with the Trenta Valley, rising from Kranjska Gora in a series of 50 hairpin bends and traversing the high mountains on the Slovenian-Italian-Austrian border before descending into the Soca Valley. On the way you will stop to admire Soca valley.

After breakfast spend the morning in Soca Valley, choosing between one of the activities: rafting, kayaking or canyoning on Soca river or zipline. If these activities aren’t your cup of tea, we will find an alternative for you. Nevertheless, Soca Valley is dominated by one of Europe’s most beautiful rivers. Soca’s stunning turquoise hue flows for about 100 kilometres against a backdrop of imposing limestone mountains, cloaked in dense forests, lush meadows, rich in wildflowers and a clutch of small towns and villages, including Tolmin, Kobarid and Bovec.
Afterwards drive to Kobarid, one of the most renowned historical places in Slovenia. It is mainly known for the biggest alpine battle in the first world war, where the Italian retreat was documented by Ernest Hemingway in his novel A Farewell to Arms.
The battle is well shown in the famous town museum of WWI which you will visit. Unique demonstrations of fights and the life during the war, the exhibits, the rich photo material and the multivision projection tell the touching story of hard and bloody days next to the River Soca. You will also go on a 5 km long Kobarid historical trail, tour that connects natural sights (including Kozjak waterfall) and important historical monuments.

After breakfast and check-out you will drive to Tolmin where you will visit Tolmin gorge, a gorgeous natural attraction in Slovenia. Gorge is 200 metres long, about 60 meters deep and between 5 to 10 meters wide gorge and definitely one of the most popular tourist spots in Soca valley.
Continue towards Piran for a visit. It is situated at the cape of the Piran peninsula on the northern side of Istria. The town is one large museum with the medieval architecture and rich culture heritage. Narrow streets and packed houses form a really special charm.

After breakfast you will have the chance to explore the coastal area and visit Koper, the largest town on Slovenia’s Adriatic coast. A modern and attractive destination for visitors, Koper still wears its history on its sleeve, most notably the five centuries of Venetian rule, which has left a distinctive mark on the town.
Continue with visit of Secovlje saltpans, the northernmost salt flats in the Mediterranean. The salt is produced in the traditional way based on a 700-year-old method that harmonizes man and nature. The cultural heritage, which reflects centuries of work by salt makers, is extremely rich and measures 6,5 square kilometres.
You will have leisure afternoon in Piran to enjoy the sea and the vibe of this small coastal town. There is also a nice walking path from Piran to Portoroz or from Piran to Strunjan.

After breakfast and check-out head towards Ljubljana with first stop at Lipica stud farm on the way. The cradle of the Lipizzaner horse, it has nurtured the tradition of breeding and selecting thoroughbred horses for over four centuries.
Continue to Postojna cave, the largest known cave system in Slovenia where you will check out this amazing underground world. A visit to Postojna cave is a special experience, as an electric train takes visitors to their hour and a half circle visit of the cave.
Only 30 minute drive from Postojna, Predjama Castle stands, perched high up in a vertical cliff. Here you will have an opportunity to take some great photos from the outside.

After breakfast enjoy a walking tour of Ljubljana. Take a short walk to Preseren Square followed by relaxed walking tour around the old quarter. After your descent discover it’s Renaissance and Baroque facades, decorated portals and vaulted atriums, squeezed between the castle hill and the Ljubljanica river.
