After breakfast enjoy a walking culinary tour of Ljubljana. You will have a guided walk through the medieval part of Ljubljana and stop in several local establishments to sample traditional as well as modern Slovenian cuisine. You will eat, drink, share the dishes and stories: while passing most of Ljubljana’s main sights you’ll explore what it means to live in Slovenia and Ljubljana. Next take cable car to visit Ljubljana Castle that stands on the site of several former defensive buildings in a hilly area of land stretching away to the south of the Old Town.
Proceed with boat cruise on the Ljubljanica river offers a ride through the old town of Ljubljana.

After breakfast you will drive to Lake Bohinj, the heart of Triglav national park. Here high mountains, green forests, beautiful mountain pastures and meadows are combined with cultural and historical monuments. Visit Mt Vogel, a high mountain setting in the heart of the protected territory of Triglav National Park. You will take a cable car to reach the top. From the foot of the mountain, which is not far from Lake Bohinj, you are lifted to the altitude of 1,535 meters above sea level, where you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view.
After some free time for lunch continue to Bled, the picture-postcard alpine town which was once the preferred choice for the Austro-Hungarian empire’s elite. You will visit Bled island by Pletna boat. Pletnas are made by locals and are known only in Bled, and their origin dates to the distant year 1590. Continue with visit of Bled castle, perched atop a cliff towering 130 metres above lake Bled which rewards visitors observing the countryside from its lower courtyard with stunning views of Bled, its lake and the island.
Return to Ljubljana with visit of little medieval old town of Radovljica on the way.

After breakfast and check-out you will drive towards Croatian Istria with a stop on the way to visit Postojna caves, the largest known cave system in Slovenia where you will check out this amazing underground world. A visit to Postojna cave is a special experience, as an electric train takes visitors to their hour and a half circle visit of the cave.
Only 30 minute drive from Postojna, Predjama Castle stands, perched high up in a vertical cliff. Entrance to the castle is also included.
Cross the border with Croatia and make a short stop in Groznjan. This ancient town in north-western Istria takes great pride in its wealth of tradition, cultural heritage and natural beauty, all of which is ennobled by art. It is situated on a 228 meter high hill above the Mirna valley and the medieval urban core has remained almost untouched.
Your last destination of the day is Rovinj.

After breakfast you will have a walking tour of Rovinj, one of the most ‘photogenic’ towns in the Adriatic. The entire coastline, with its twenty-two islands is an area of protected natural heritage. A visitor can feel the enchantment of the town in its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean setting. The main Church of St. Euphemia keeps relics of the saint and presents one of the most beautiful baroque achievements in Istria.
Transfer to Lim channel for lunch. Lim channel is one of the most beautiful natural sights of the Istrian peninsula. It is a little bit longer than 10 kilometers, it is 30 meters deep and its widest part is around 600 meters wide.
Followed by a private easy sea kayak tour where you will enjoy paddling along the channel. There is a break for swimming on the secluded beach after which you will return by kayak along the other side of the bay. No experience is needed. If kayaking is not your coup of tea, it can be replaced by a boat tour.
