After breakfast you will have a sightseeing tour of Split, the largest and most important city in Dalmatia. The city was developed around the palace, which was erected in the 4th century by the Roman Emperor, Diocletian. Diocletian Palace and the entire historical core of Split have been on the World Heritage UNESCO list ever since 1979 and not only for the extraordinary preservation of the palace, but also because the palace and its city continue to live a full life. All historical layers from the old Rome, middle ages till today are still visible and alive in this structure.

In the afternoon drive to Trogir for a visit. Gorgeous Trogir is set within medieval walls on a tiny island, linked by bridges to both the mainland and to the far larger Ciovo Island. In 1997 its profuse collection of Romanesque and Renaissance buildings earned it World Heritage status.

After breakfast you will drive to Split’s ferry port from where you will take a public ferry ride to the island of Hvar, the sunniest island in the Adriatic. You will have a guided tour of Hvar town, unique cultural and historical heritage, but also an important tourist resort with centuries old tradition in tourism. Hvar is frequented during the whole year, in the summer and winter months and its very special climate favoured the development of health tourism.
After some free time for lunch, you will return by ferry to Split.

After breakfast and check-out you will head to Plitvice National Park and after some free time for lunch, you will visit the park.
