The next day, begin with a city tour, visiting the Zocalo and viewing the National Palace from the outside. Observe the tourist attractions of the main temple of the aztecs and the Metropolitan cathedral. Then, visit the historic Chapultepec forest, surrounded by residential areas like Las Lomas, where you will see the famous artists’ home.

Enjoy a panoramic tour of the square of the Three Cultures, the site of the final battle between aztecs and spaniards, symbolizing the fusion of three cultural eras. Visit the church of Tlatelolco and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. Then head to the basilica of Guadalupe to see the original image of the Virgin of Guadalupe, learn the story of how it appeared on Juan Diego’s cloak, and visit the old basilica at the foot of Tepeyac hill. Later, discover the Teotihuacan archaeological zone, known as the “City of the Gods,” where you can admire the pyramids of the Sun and Moon, explore the avenue of the dead, and visit an obsidian workshop to witness demonstrations of its use and that of the maguey plant.

On the final day, transfer to Mexico city’s international airport to take your departure flight.
