Upon arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and driven into the Amboseli National Park in time for lunch at the Amboseli Serena, which is uniquely situated at the center of the park. In the afternoon enjoy your first game drive on the elephant trail.

Early morning game drive through Kenya’s most famous park, which is towered over by the magnificent bulk of 5,896m high Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. Comparatively compact it is dotted with emerald, green swamps in which great herds of elephants can be seen half-submerged amongst the papyrus grasses. You will return for breakfast and the rest of the morning at leisure to relax around the pool. After lunch visit Observation Hill on your afternoon game drive, which offers stunning photographic opportunities, and arrive back at the lodge in time for dinner.
After an early breakfast drive into the neighboring Taita Hills Game Reserve, an unusually verdant private sanctuary which serves as an elephant migratory corridor linking Amboseli, Tsavo East and West national parks. Renowned for the intimacy of its elephant viewing and its magnificent prides of lions, the reserve offers 50 mammal and 300 bird species. It also promises uniquely privileged waterhole game viewing immediately adjacent to the Taita Hills Game Lodge, which is built to resemble a fort and boasts a fascinating First World War and Hollywood film history. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.
