Tour Plan

Ride the historic Scenic Rail to a lush rainforest retreat. Venture deep into the ancient Daintree, then chase waterfalls and uncover wildlife wonders along the Cassowary Coast.

Itineraries Of The Day

Begin your Cairns adventure with a warm airport meet and greet before settling into your accommodation. Your day starts with a highlights tour of this tropical gateway city, exploring the picturesque Esplanade, lush Botanic Gardens, and the stained-glass beauty of St. Monica’s Cathedral.

Next, embark on a one-way Gold Class journey aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway, winding through lush rainforest, dramatic gorges, and cascading waterfalls. In the charming village of Kuranda, visit the Koala Gardens for a close-up encounter with Australia’s unique wildlife and take time to browse vibrant local markets before returning to your accommodation.

Journey into one of the world’s oldest living rainforests, where rugged mountains, deep gorges, and pristine rivers create a breathtaking backdrop. Begin with a 1-hour crocodile-spotting cruise along the Daintree River, keeping watch for these ancient reptiles and other native wildlife in their natural habitat.

Savour a two-course rainforest-inspired lunch in Cape Tribulation, crafted from fresh local produce. In the afternoon, pause at the Alexandra Range Lookout for panoramic views over lush rainforest to the Coral Sea, before crossing the iconic Daintree River Ferry—a memorable vehicle punt experience that links this remote paradise to the rest of the world.

Set out on a captivating journey through the lush landscapes of the Atherton Tablelands. Begin at Heales Lookout, where sweeping panoramas set the tone for the day. Continue to Lake Barrine, a volcanic crater lake framed by ancient rainforest, and enjoy morning tea while spotting native birdlife and wildlife along the shore.

Wander through Curtain Fig Tree National Park, home to one of the largest and most iconic trees in Tropical North Queensland, before heading to the charming village of Yungaburra for a relaxed lunch.

In the afternoon, explore Tolga and the tranquil cascades of Emerald Creek, where waterfalls tumble into serene lagoons. Conclude your adventure at Barron Falls, an awe-inspiring natural wonder, before returning to your hotel.
