Welcome & Introduction: Kick off with a deep dive into the film industry.
Team Formation: Groups are created, and roles assigned – from directors to actors, producers, and technicians.
Preparation: Teams work with handbooks and checklists, brainstorm storylines, and develop scripts and storyboards. Meanwhile, others get trained on cameras, MacBooks with editing software, and technical gear.
Production Design: Costumes, props, makeup, and location scouting (including filming permits) bring the stories to life.
Filming: Lights, camera, action! Teams take on roles such as directing, acting, lighting, sound, and production to shoot their blockbusters.
Editing: Scenes are cut, polished, and finalized using professional editing software.
Premiere Night: Completed films are submitted to the jury. A glamorous Red Carpet Gala follows, with camera flashes, an award ceremony, and movie magic.

Duration: 5–6 hours, including introduction, filming, and editing.
Team Size: Around 15 people per team to cover all essential crew roles (director, actors, camera, sound, production, editing, etc.).
Film Screening & Gala Dinner: The short films can be premiered in the evening. A gala dinner provides the perfect setting, with movies shown between courses, creating an unforgettable “Oscar Night” atmosphere.
Filming Permit: Approval for shooting at the chosen locations must be arranged in advance.
