After yesterday’s busy day we will visit wonderful museum of
Ukrainian architecture and life. On its territory (9.2 ha) is
located about 100 sites that reproduce the real Cossack
settlements Kyivan Rus time. Girls in folk outfit will meet you
by the ancient “bread-and-salt tradition”. In Mamayeva
Sloboda scansen you will see wooden church of the Holy
Virgin, which is fully operational, the manor centurion,
tavern, Cossack cannons, pottery, smithy, wood mill, water
mill, and a beautiful pond with fish, a small apiary, and the
military office and many others. Besides of excursion you will
have 2 interesting culinary workshops, tasting Nalyvka
(Ukrainian local alc drink) and true Cossack’s Lunch

After yesterday’s discovering secrets of traditional Ukrainian
cuisine we will visit most popular Craft Winery in Kyiv region.
You will familiarize with the technology, evaluate the quality
of production and taste the best product samples. We will
show you the vineyards, tell you about all the intricacies of
growing and harvesting grapes, introduce you to the
production process of our BIOLOGIST wines! You will taste
best samples of craft wine with cold snacks in ethnic style
according to wine.
At the evening – Mixology Tour at the restaurant
((professional bartender will teach you to mix a set of
cocktails united by a common theme) in the city center.
After mixology Tour – transfer to Railway Station. Departure
to Odesa by night express train (travel time – around 09
hours)

Our today’s Program will consist of 3 main points:
Point 1. Visit Akkerman Fortress
Akkerman fortress is a historical and architectural monument of the
XIII-XV century. Powerful defensive walls and towers, almost
completely preserved to this day, indicate to us how significant and
impregnable this building was. How many historical events and
medieval secrets remember these ancient walls!
Point 2. Visit Shabo Wine Culture Center
The theme of the culture of wine is revealed comprehensively and
with great emotional force. Excursion with degustation – opportunity
to get acquainted with the history of wine and the originality of
Shabo brand.
Point 3. Visit Craft Cheese Factory
Modern cheese factory meets the European standards and uses
up-to-date and authentic Dutch equipment and technologies;
 Small original farm with animals you can pet or feed
During this excursion, you will see the secrets of cheese production
and will taste the finest examples of product. Learn more about
how to serve cheese and how to feel the full range of taste. After Pont 2 – tasty local lunch at the restaurant.
Free evening.

Today you’ll have culinary workshop of Odesa’s cuisine in
traditional l Odesa’s country yard.
Music accompaniment, MC, welcome drinks and snacks will wait
for at first!
During this event Group will be divided in teams and have
different culinary workshops on culinary stations. On each station
you’ll learn to cook local dishes such Odesa Fish Soup, Forshmak
(“Odesa’s cold snacks”), Black Sea Mussels, “Tsa-tsa” (hot snacks –
local delicacy, small sea fish). (Culinary stations and dishes can
be changed on clients request)
At the end of workshop – Odesa’ style lunch of cooked dishes with
drinks.

Cognac (brandy) is a truly mysterious drink. For nearly four
hundred years, its production has been fanned by many secrets.
To open the veil of secrecy over the birth of cognac offers the
only in Ukraine Museum of cognac affairs N. L. Shustov. The
exhibits of the unique collection are dated to the end of the XIXbeginning
of the XX century. You will stroll through the cellars,
where cognac and wine are carefully preserved for years, also
taste the best samples of the drink.

After yesterday’s busy day we will visit wonderful museum of Ukrainian
architecture and life – Shevchenkyvskyi Gai (“Lviv skansen’). The
Klimenty Sheptytsky Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Lviv is one
of the largest open-air museums in Europe. Each object is unique both
from the point of view of interested specialist and a visitor who wants to
learn more about the material and spiritual culture of Ukrainians.
Traveling through the Museum, you’ll get into a kind of microvillage with
estates, farms and production facilities (oil mill, sawmill, apiary, loom,
etc.), sacred buildings (churches, chapels), the collection of which,
incidentally, is the largest among all in the world. At the end of
excursion you will taste best samples of local delicates such as local
cheeses, meat plates, pickles, juices, honey products, Carpathian tea,
homemade bread etc.
After Shevchenkyvskyi Gai we will go to the Snail Farm near the Lviv
City. Snails from the family HELICIDAE, genus Helix (Pomatia, Aspersa
Maxima, Aspersa Muller) are bred and sold at the Snail Farm. From here
it is delivered to popular Ukrainian restaurants, as well as exported
abroad.
Here you will have excursion and try snails with garlic sauce, and snails
in olive oil with spices, and snails with mushrooms, and snails with dorblu
cheese.

Today you will taste Ukrainian Beer at the Lvivarnya Beer Museum,
famous “Nalyvky from Lviv”, and set of delicates of Salo (Ukrainian
highlight)
At the evening you’ll have time to relax in night Lviv.
